Where do you ship?

We currently ship to most countries worldwide.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Because each item is made especially for you, processing times may vary slightly. Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Estimated shipping times:
• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during holidays or busy periods.

Personalization

Can I personalize my order?

Selected items can be personalized with your little one’s name.

Please make sure all personalization details are entered correctly before placing your order.

What happens if I enter the wrong personalization?

Unfortunately, personalized items cannot be changed once production has started, so please double-check spelling carefully before checkout.

Are your products suitable for gifting?

Absolutely. Lullaby Coven products are designed to make beautiful keepsakes and thoughtful baby gifts.

Will colors look exactly the same in person?

Due to different screen settings and the handmade nature of printing, colors may appear slightly different in person.

Returns & Cancellations

Do you accept returns?

Because many of our items are made to order and personalized, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may only be canceled within a short period after purchase before production begins.
